FAQS
Frequently asked questions about our CoreFibre plans
CoreFibre is OneNet’s own high-speed fibre broadband network available in selected apartment buildings and communities. It delivers fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) connectivity directly to each unit or home, offering faster speeds, lower latency and a more stable internet experience than traditional copper-based services.
CoreFibre plans offer speeds of up to 1000 Mbps, depending on the plan you choose and the infrastructure in your building. These speeds are ideal for streaming, gaming, remote work and heavy data use across multiple devices at once.
No.
CoreFibre operates on a separate, privately managed fibre network, so it does not rely on the NBN™.
This means your connection is often faster and less affected by congestion
CoreFibre is available in select apartment complexes and community developments that are preconfigured with OneNet broadband. To check availability, simply enter your address in our Broadband Checker or contact our support team for confirmation.
Most CoreFibre connections only require a compatible Wi-Fi router. If you already have your own, we can confirm whether it supports the service. If not, OneNet can provide a preconfigured router that works immediately once installed.
